Running on the Windows 6 Mobile platform, iRoute mobile significantly enhances UCL and GM’s ability to provide on-time trucking and delivery capacity while providing a higher level of customer service.
iRoute is an on vehicle transportation carrier and courier application (mobile and web) which provides a data-rich and intuitive interface that enchance transportation companies mobile management of their customers pickups and deliveries along with providing real time visibility of the “what, who, where, when and why”.
The information is displayed on the iRoute web portal for global visibility. Whether being used for internal transportation management or for your clients and customer tracking requests, iRoute communicates and offers visibility to the pickup and delivery status via GPS tracking.
The mobile handheld which this application is designed for is the Motorola MC65 mobile computer. It is a ruggedized computer that incorporates many features in compact format. It operates via SIM card and can be set up with any of the mobile providers. This mobile computer has all the features of a SmartPhone. Application usage and permissions are set by the application administrators. TQS iRoute along with iGPS allows management of your transportation routes in real time. It gives visibility of your customers’ items and allows for real time exception and performance reporting via iRoute web portal.
